Land and Environment Court Commissioner Robert Hussey has reserved his decision on a seniors living development at Church Road, Moss Vale, following a three-day hearing at Moss Vale Court House this week.
Ostron Pty Ltd has appealed Wingecarribee Shire's council's refusal of its proposal for a 52-unit development in 15 buildings, including six two-storey residential blocks.
Discussion on the final day of the hearing focused on the compatibility of the development with the character of the surrounding area, which is predominantly single-storey houses on large, landscaped blocks.
