A conviction was not recorded for a 42-year-old Burradoo man when he came before Moss Vale Local Court on June 16.
The man was given a 12-month good behaviour bond after selling radar detectors over the internet.
In April, Bowral detectives became aware of a website being run out of a garage in Moss Vale that was selling the detectors.
