New vineyard bears fruit

Local vineyard, GrumbleBone has beaten the odds – the frost, the drought and even a wine glut to produce their first wine.

The new vintage, a crisp and elegant 2006 chardonnay has been released through the Australian Wine selectors and is now being stocked locally, with a move to open up distributions across the Sydney basin soon.

GrumbleBone's new vintage comes as a national report on the Australian wine industry has called for a major reshuffle, saying it needs to adapt or die.
