Motorcycle rider in critical condition

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a serious crash in Bowral yesterday afternoon (January 31) after a 35-year-old rider was thrown from his motorcycle.

Emergency services were called to the scene at Oxley Drive at about 5.30pm.

Paramedics took the man to Bowral Hospital to treat serious neck and head injuries before he was flown to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash and officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or the events leading up to it, to come forward.
