Local Australian Idol contestant Morgan Hosking faces her next obstacle in the competition tonight, when she appears in the semi-finals.
The 17-year-old Bowral singer has made it the round of 24 in the competition and needs to be one of two performers selected by the audience to go through to the top 12.
Morgan's mother, Di Hosking, said Morgan was very happy in the lead up to her big night.
"She's doing really well, she's very excited," she said.
Morgan is kept busy every day with rehearsals and is attending each semi-final show.
