When Member for Southern Highlands Peta Seaton is asked to recall the highs and lows of her 11 year political career, one instance comes instantly to mind.
Ms Seaton said that the New Year's Eve bushfires of 2001 will shine in her memory as the worst of times, but also as an example of the best of her local community.
