The ticket, which consists of five people in total, has yet to be confirmed because it is being processed by the party's Nomination Review Committee.
However, Cr Arkwright said she was confident the five candidates put to the committee would be on the ticket come election day.
Number two on the ticket was Moss Vale Men's Shed convenor Alan Hunt, while businessman and former Southern Highland Business Chamber president Ken Street was number three.
Long-time Liberal Party member and former Leichhardt mayor Nick Dyer is number four and Young Liberal Alexandra Degnan is number five.
"Until the party signs off it is not confirmed and there might be someone else who comes out of left field," Cr Arkwright said.
"This is a process that every member of the Liberal Party, including Tony Abbott, goes through as a candidate for public office."
Mr Street said it was good for the Liberal Party to be getting in there early and announcing its candidates.
"A large part of attraction of the Liberal Party is the accountability of the office, that's why there's a process that needs to be gone through and that's why we're the first ones to be in there," he said.
