28 Nov, 2005 07:58 AM
The Kollege of Knowledge Kommittee for Kids (KKKK) handed out $11,000 to children's charities at its annual Gentlemen's Luncheon at the Highlands Golf Club on Friday.

The Humour Foundation (Clown Doctors) and The Shepherd Foundation each received donations of $2,500 from KKKK while ChildFlight received $6,000.

A further $20,000 raised by KKKK will be used to purchase a Liberty Swing for a Southern Highlands public park, to allow people with disabilities to enjoy the fun of a playground

KKKK is a local businessmen's association dedicated to fundraising for children's causes.
