Acclaimed Hollywood director Roger Donaldson will attend the premiere of his latest film The World's Fastest Indian at the Empire Cinema in Bowral tonight.
The premiere is being held by local fundraising group the Starfish Committee and proceeds will support Harbison-Care and the Community Adolescent Mental Health Team.
Co-owner of the Empire Cinema Mal Kirk said he was tremendously excited to have Donaldson in town.
"The World's Fastest Indian had its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival and was an enormous hit at the box office when it was released in New Zealand late last year," Mr Kirk said.
