Moss Vale Chamber of Commerce is proud of its flagpoles.
Shoppers love to see the flags to Moss Vale and Australia – a gift from Member for Gilmore Joanna Gash - flying alongside the town clock in Argyle Street.
And after 18 months of deliberation, even Wingecarribee Shire Council gave the flagpoles the thumbs up, along with a community grant to put them up.
Problem is, the flagpoles are the wrong colour – at least according to council's heritage committee.
