Hockey stick wielding Moss Vale man confronts home invaders

09 Oct, 2009 09:41 AM
A 20-YEAR-OLD interrupted four home invaders armed only with a hockey stick on Monday morning.

The man awoke in his Moss Vale unit around 3am to the sound of repeated banging from the front of the Arthur Street Unit. When he went to investigate the noise, dressed only in his underwear, he saw four men in his living room, who ran out of the house after stealing a Sony Playstation 2.

The thieves had kicked in his front door, causing the loud banging noise, and the man was unable to close it for the rest of the night.
