The sun's disappeared and the rain's here to stay in the Southern Highlands for the rest of the week, according to predictions from the Bureau of Meteorology.
The Bureau's figures reveal Moss Vale has had steady mist and rain over the past week, with 22.2mm of rainfall falling in the area since last Wednesday and 33.8mm for the month so far.
The bulk of the total comes from last Thursday's downfall - when 19.4mm of rain fell on one day.
At the same time the rain's been falling, temperatures have remained warm, ranging from the mid 20s to the early 30s and keeping the region's humidity levels high.
The Bureau predicts the Southern Highlands' showers are set to continue through until Thursday night, with the high humidity and warm temperatures also hanging around.
