John Millword is a man abandoned by the health system. Blind and diabetic, Mr Millword needs regular injections of insulin to survive but none of the health departments seem willing to even drop off his medication.
Currently his daughter Carol cares for him full-time, but Ms Millword moves to Queensland in three weeks, leaving her desperately searching for someone to take care of her father.
"It's really just ridiculous," she said.
