Chinese visitors who were greeted by a human rights protest last week ended their four-day tour of the Southern Highlands with a standing ovation on Saturday evening.
The Kaifeng City delegation to Wingecarribee Shire ended their visit on a high note, farewelled with applause from guests at the Mayor's Ball at Centennial Winery.
Mayor Gordon Lewis said the nine-member delegation returned to China with fond memories of Wingecarribee Shire.
