Mother-of-two, Tiffany Fahey was killed on the M5 Motorway near Moorebank as she drove home to Camden about 3.15am on Tuesday morning.
Police believe Ms Fahey, who died of severe head injuries, may not have been wearing a seat belt when thrown from her blue Nissan hatchback sedan after it smashed into a guard rail and rolled over a number of times.
A passing motorist found her body near the guardrail at the side of the road but ambulance officers were unable to revive her.
It is believed the impact threw Ms Fahey from the rear hatchback window, which was opened during the crash.
