A 30-year old Albion Park Rail man died after his car ploughed into a tree when he lost control in the rain at East Kangaloon on Monday.
At about 4.10pm, the man was travelling east along Tourist Road in his Nissan Skyline when he allegedly tried to overtake another vehicle on a bend.
