Bowral hospital has the benefit of drawing on the added skills and know-how nurse Michelle O'Brien has gained from her time as a remote area nurse on the Victorian border.
Filling a four-week temporary position at Wentworth hospital Ms O'Brien, who draws on 15-years of nursing, got the chance to experience nursing in a remote area.
Her time in Wentworth allowed another nurse working at Wentworth hospital to further her skills at a series of courses held at Broken Hill.
