RailCorp plans to install lifts at Bowral Railway Station as part of a plan to improve access.
Lifts from the road bridge footpath to both station platforms are included in a development application for upgrading of the station, currently on display at the Moss Vale Civic Centre.
The lifts would be attached to the existing road bridge.
RailCorp also plans to widen the bridge footpath, build a new footpath in Station Street and repaint the existing buildings.
