A Moss Vale resident returned from a trip yesterday morning to find all his possessions destroyed by fire.
The Browley Street property he was renting was gutted by fire on Tuesday morning, leaving the house uninhabitable.
The fire started in the laundry underneath the rear of the single storey residence about 3am.
Moss Vale Fire Brigade was attending a mulch fire when they saw the glow from the house fire in the sky. When they arrived at Browley Street, they found the house well ablaze. Bowral and Mittagong fire brigades were also called to the scene.
