THE sentencing of a former Highlands business owner facing child pornography charges has been adjourned for the third time.
Alan Barker, who ran Fletchers Photographics at Mittagong, appeared in Sydney District Court on Friday, July 1, but the case was adjourned until September 16.
The 45-year-old was arrested on August 30 last year by and was charged with three child pornography offences.
The charges for allegedly using a carriage service (computer) to access child pornography and using a carriage service to access child abuse material date from November 1, 2005, to July 1, 2010.
The third charge of possessing child pornography allegedly occurred on July 29 last year.
