Alan Barker, former owner of Fletcher's Photographics in Mittagong, has been found guilty of three charges: allegedly using a carriage service to access child pornography, using a carriage service to access child abuse material and possessing child pornography.
The first two charges relate to offences that occurred between November 1, 2005 and July 1, 2010, while the third charge relates to an offence on July 29, 2010.
Barker last appeared for sentencing at Sydney District Court on September 16, where the matter was adjourned, for a third time, until December.
