Two Chevalier College students have seen a year's hard work pay off with fantastic results in the Higher School Certificate.
Camilla Townsend came first in the state in society and culture, while Stephanie Jansen was one of the 800 students across the state who made the All Round Excellence List by achieving more than 90 per cent in at least 10 units.
Camilla was woken up by a phone call on Friday morning to let her know her mark of 99 out of 100 had won her first place in society and culture.
"I was very surprised, I thought I was dreaming," she said.
