An 82-year-old man has pleaded guilty to the indecent assault of a seven-year-old girl in July this year, in Moss Vale Local Court last week.
Phillip John Webb of Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault against a child under the age of 10.
A charge of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 was withdrawn.
Webb admitted to touching the girl's genital area on April 17.
